Let’s face it – you can have the best intentions in the world, but when it comes to actually making healthy changes, life can get in the way.
I’ve been there and know exactly what it’s like. I have two kids, a busy career, and have been on a healing journey both for myself and with my children. It’s not easy work, but the results make it so worthwhile.
In my work at Eat Naked, I support in one of two key ways:
1. I work one-on-one with clients who are relatively new to this journey of incorporating real foods and lifestyle changes to support their health.
2. I also collaborate with Margaret to provide an additional layer of support to her clients who are navigating complex health protocols. She’ll tell you what you need to do to achieve your health goals, and I’ll help you figure out how to do it.
Honestly, it is a jungle out there, in terms of figuring out what and how to eat. Fads. Yo-yo diets. Conflicting information, everywhere you look

As a Health Coach, my job is to identify sustainable, effective and doable steps towards your optimal health and vitality – and to support you every step of the way. Changing habits is never easy – but it can be simple. And the results will blow you away.
What started as my own personal health transformation has evolved into a deeply fulfilling career supporting others on the journey.

I have dieted for most of my life and never really felt good even when at my goal weight. I was sick of the yo-yo ride and tired of feeling bad, when a friend recommended Andria. She is the best thing that ever happened to me for my health. I am sleeping thru the night, have reduced anxiety, better thinking, better recall and am energized. Just an amazing feeling altogether and I am starting to have a healthy body image! Thank you Andria you are my nutritional lifestyle angel!!!
I knew from the first meeting that Andria was the right fit. She sat down with me and listened to my fears and concerns. She listened to my frustration with my own body. She listened to me. That was so important. We focused on gut health and nutrition to get my body going in the right direction and start to learn some healthy habits and routines. Andria helped me learn to meal plan. Not only that, she helped me learn to shop healthier! Andria has shown me that eating healthy is delicious. I don’t feel like my life is full of “I can’t.” Its full of healthier options.
Personally, it has been quite a journey.
Experts told me: “You’ll need Zoloft to beat depression”, “You’ll need Ambien and Lunesta to help you sleep”, “You’ll never be athletic due to an autoimmune disease” and the biggie… “You’ll never conceive a child naturally”.
I felt broken, until I found an inner strength to dig deeper.

I no longer suffer from the major symptoms of depression or insomnia. My autoimmune disorder is under control. And I am the proud mother of not one but two beautiful healthy children.
Ignited with the passion and knowledge from my own story, I decided to leave my 12-year corporate job to begin my education and new career in this work.
I am honored to be working alongside my mentor Margaret Floyd Barry as the Eat Naked Health Coach. I look forward to each and every client we help change their lives for the better.
My coaching style combines my passion for nutrition, a knack for problem-solving, and a personalized intuitive approach. Every program is as unique as the person I’m working with.
